The service span through various touch-points: recommendation postcards, invitation phone calls, private & public recording sessions, uncut recordings archive,
Le Voci website (podcasts, play-list) and "idle time" listening spots integrated into street furniture.
The prototyping focused on the less obvious.
We distributed postcards in different languages asking people for recommendations and received 6 nominations of potential storytellers. They were invited to record their stories in the library.
This experience help us understand what were people willing to share and how comfortable they were with publishing it.
Overall the feedback was enthusiastic from both contributors and library's staff. |
